Shipping and delivery methods
We ship our boxes exclusively via BRT Pallet, departing from Locate Triulzi (MI). Shipments are dispatched and distributed every evening for all orders received by midnight the previous day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with a link to online tracking.
Delivery times
From the date of collection, shipping takes from 1 day for Northern Italy to 3 days for Southern Italy and the Islands.
If you have a specific delivery date and absolutely do not want to risk being without Club-Mate for a specific event or occasion, we recommend ordering well in advance!

Shipping costs
Shipping costs include handling charges and transportation costs. The pricing depends on a weight/volumetric scale, and allows a fair proportional saving as the weight/volume increases.
It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them.
